Terms and Conditions – “Getaway in Style – You’ll Love It” promotion

Terms and Conditions
  • 1.    The Kippa-ring Shopping Centre “Getaway in Style – You’ll Love It” promotion (“Promotion”) starts at 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 7 May 2014 and concludes at 5.00pm (AEST) Wednesday 4 June 2014 (“Promotional Period”).
  • 2.    The promoter of the Promotion is LaSalle Investment Management Limited Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 149468253 of Kippa-ring Shopping Centre located at 284 Anzac Avenue, Kippa-Ring Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).
  • 3.    All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
  • 4.    Information on how to enter the Promotion and information on prizes which may be mentioned anywhere in messages, advertisements, signs or posters in the Shopping Centre or elsewhere (“Promotion Information”) form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • 5.    These Terms and Conditions may be amended or varied by the Promoter at any time in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion without prior notice. Any amendments will posted on the Promoter’s Website and it is the responsibility of each person entering the Promotion or using the Website to ensure that they review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with changes.
  • 6.    Entry into the Promotion is only open to Queensland residents (within Australia), aged 18 years or over.
  • 7.    To enter, entrants must spend $20 or more at any Kippa-ring Shopping Centre participating specialty retailer or $50 or more at Kippa-ring Shopping Centre Woolworths or Target to be eligible to receive one (1) entry form.  Receipts must be dated within the promotional period.  Receipts exclude: sales receipts for account payments (e.g. electricity, gas, telephone), premiums (e.g. insurance and health fund premiums), account payments to banks or any financial institutions, Lay-by payments made outside the promotional period and account payments made at Australia Post.
  • 8.    To be valid, each entry must be on a fully completed official entry form, containing the entrant’s full name and address and placed into one of the two official competition barrels provided by the promoter located outside Woolworths or Target at Kippa-ring Shopping Centre.
  • 9.    You may enter the competition as often as you like, but each entry must be an official entry form, which has been obtained legally after following terms and conditions of point 7 of these terms & conditions.
  • 10.  The promoter, the owners and managers of Kippa-ring and their employees, participating retailers and their employees, other retailers in Kippa-ring Shopping Centre and their employees or contractors and their immediate families of any of the persons and entities set out above and associated agencies of the Promoter and Kippa-ring are not eligible to enter.
  • 11.  The Prize consists of one (1) Lifestyle Delux Gen II camper trailer valued at $18,650 as at 3/4/14 (“Prize”).
  • 12.  The camper trailer on display at Kippa-ring Shopping Centre is the actual Prize.
  • 13. The Prize includes 12 months registration and compulsory third party insurance. Full comprehensive insurance and all other ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • 14.  The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind.
  • 15. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
  • 16.  The winner of the prize will be the first eligible official (not photocopied) entry drawn from the barrel meeting the terms and conditions at the official draw at 10am Thursday 5 June 2014.
  • 17. The winner need not be present to win.
  • 18. The winner must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
  • 19. The winner will be notified by telephone or by mail posted the following Monday after the competition draw.
  • 20. The winner will be allowed one month in which to claim their prize. If after this time the prize remains unclaimed, the promoters will conduct a redraw of the promotion at Kippa-ring Shopping Centre Management Office. The winners of the unclaimed prize draw are bound by the preceding terms and conditions.
  • 21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
  • 22. Any decision made by Centre Management at Kippa-Ring Shopping Centre in respect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  • 23. The Promoter (including related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with the Prize.
  • 24. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
  • 25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.
  • 26. The Promoter accepts no liability for any fees, charges, expenses, costs etc. incurred by any person to participate in the Promotion.
  • 27. To be eligible to claim the Prize, the Winner agrees to provide information and allow them to be photographed for marketing and publicity use and undertakes to comply with the any of the Promoter’s or Prize supplier’s requirements.  The Winner grants the Promoter a non-transferable, sub–licensable, royalty free, worldwide license to use these photographs in any way that the Promoter wishes.
